Gym Manager
Meet Dan Grosvenor, the dedicated Gym Manager at Karv Gym, originally from the United Kingdom.
He first started his journey in the fitness industry 7 years ago and always strives to bring innovation to the Gym & committed to continuous improvement. His expertise lies in project management, social media management, and customer relations, all honed over years of dedication and diverse work experiences.
With a deep-rooted passion for fitness and a commitment to fostering a positive gym environment, Dan looks to ensure that every member’s experience at Karv Gym is nothing short of exceptional. From overseeing day-to-day operations to fostering a sense of community among members, his goal is to create a welcoming space where individuals can thrive in their fitness journey.
Before joining Karv, Dan held various roles in the fitness industry, each contributing to his expertise and shaping his design-focused mindset. Whether managing online fitness businesses or coordinating marketing efforts, his dedication to customer satisfaction has always remained at the forefront. With a genuine desire to help individuals achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lives.
Throughout his career, Dan has had the pleasure of working with a diverse clientele, including renowned boxers, former footballers, reality stars, and personalities from popular TV shows in the UK. This breadth of experience has not only honed his professional skills but has also allowed him to connect with individuals from different backgrounds and industries.
Coach
Bogdan is originally from Serbia, where he completed his Masters in Physical Education and Sports.
Bogdan has always been interested in biomechanics and movement in the human body and is specialized in recognizing and correcting lower back problems and posture, whilst improving strength and conditioning. Bogdan’s ultimate goal for every client is to achieve a level of functional strength that will drastically improve the quality of everyday life. This drives Bogdan in his own health and wellness and his hope is to inspire his clients to achieve their goals following this methodology while also incorporating and placing value on mindset inside and outside the gym.
Bogdan’s passion for lifting extends to his personal life, and he is actively preparing for a local powerlifting competition.

With an unwavering passion for his profession, family, friends, and the remarkable individuals he is fortunate to engage with, Chris has embarked on a life-defining journey. His introduction to the fitness world was ignited during his formative years, as he immersed myself in various sports. From those early experiences, Chris transitioned into collegiate baseball, where his contributions played a pivotal role in guiding his team to the National Championship game. Subsequently, Chris ventured into minor league baseball, representing various teams, including the prestigious Boston Red Sox.
However, Chris’ path took a transformative turn when he encountered his own share of injuries and underwent numerous surgeries. During his tenure with Active Life, Chris took it upon himself to create the 7 Mile Corrective Program, a groundbreaking initiative to empower individuals dealing with injuries. Drawing from firsthand experience of the challenges accompanying injury-induced setbacks, Chris is resolutely committed to helping others discover the art of training and regain command over their fitness journey. Chris firmly believes that pain should not be an enduring companion, and he is determined to show individuals that there exists a safe and effective path toward transcending their limitations, allowing them to rekindle the active lifestyle they once cherished.

Meredith is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping individuals on their journey to better health. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist,
and Certified Nutrition Coach, she brings expertise and experience to the table.
Meredith’s mission is clear: she works with her clients to bridge the gap between where they currently stand and where they aspire to be in terms of health and fitness. Her approach is
simple and effective, always aiming for sustainable, long-term well-being.
One of Meredith’s proudest achievements is being the creator of ‘The Bump Protocol.’ This innovative program has earned a trusted reputation as a corrective exercise solution designed specifically for mothers during pregnancy, postpartum, and all stages of life. Her dedication to women’s health shines through in her adaptable strategies that seamlessly integrate exercise into daily life, whether at the gym or within the demands of a busy routine.

Jonalie was a student athlete for over 10 years, competing at an international level for Philippines in softball.
Jonalie is a certified personal trainer and she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sports and wellness management. Jonalie is very passionate about helping others find happiness in life and to feel good about themselves in whatever body they’re in.
Jonalie uses the methods of weight lifting and functional and high intensity training with cardio to help her clients get into shape and reach their body goals.
Jonalie runs our HIIT classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm.

Montana is a certified personal trainer, life coach, and nutrition coach, with a goal to help you overcome any obstacles you face while creating and maintaining healthy life habits.
Montana’s passion is to create a space for people who are ready to thrive in their daily lives through exercise, nutrition, and much more, regardless of whether your goal is muscle building, fat loss, or generally just improving your fitness level. Montana will meet you at your level and create a personalized plan that is designed specifically for you, your needs, and your choice of lifestyle.
Between her clients, Montana keeps an active lifestyle herself and can often be seen hitting the surf in her free time.
