Dan Grosvenor
Gym Manager
Dan is the Gym Manager at Karv Gym. With 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, he’s committed to innovation and creating a positive gym environment. Dan’s expertise includes project management, social media, and customer relations. He’s passionate about helping members achieve their fitness goals and fosters a strong sense of community at Karv Gym.
Bogdan Nikolic
Coach
Bogdan is a certified personal trainer with a Master’s degree in Physical Education. He specializes in correcting lower back problems and improving posture through biomechanics and functional strength training. Bogdan is passionate about helping clients achieve a high quality of life through fitness and mindset. He’s actively preparing for a local powerlifting competition.
Jonalie Almonia
Coach
Jonalie is a certified personal trainer and former international softball athlete for the Philippines. With a degree in sports and wellness management, she’s passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals and feel confident in their bodies. To help clients get in shape, Jonalie uses weightlifting, functional training, and high-intensity workouts.
Meredith Whitney
Coach
Meredith is a certified personal trainer, pre/postnatal specialist, and nutrition coach. She helps clients achieve sustainable health and fitness goals through personalized programs. Meredith created ‘The Bump Protocol,’ a corrective exercise program for mothers. Her focus on adaptability and long-term well-being ensures clients make lasting changes.
Joe Hawkins
Coach
Joe is a certified personal trainer & nutrition coach. He has supported and guided hundreds of clients in reaching their desired end goals, ensuring they always get a good ROI. All of Joe’s private clients will have bespoke training and nutrition programs written for them, taking into account all their individual capabilities, needs, and requirements. His ethos is to deliver results, not just promises.
Montana Escalante
Coach
Montana is a certified personal trainer, life coach, and nutrition coach. She helps clients create and maintain healthy lifestyle habits. Montana is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals, whether it’s muscle building, fat loss, or general improvement. She offers personalized plans tailored to individual needs and lifestyles. In her free time, Montana enjoys surfing.
